公主灣帝盛道酒店 (Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove)

希望酒店能夠改進衞生問題，地板/廁所/玻璃內部都是灰塵，好像都沒住人沒人打掃。很讓人失望

房間乾淨 服務好 很安靜

房間裡的設施都是新的。住在裡面很舒服。附近比較偏僻，沒有商場。吃飯不是很容易。不過樓下有不少酒吧。喜歡喝酒的有福了。

Stayed this time at DOA by Dorsett Puteri Harbour in a Studio Room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice living area and kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay! My only suggestion is to include a washing machine, like in the other room types. There is a planned space with pipe and outlet that appears to be intended for one. Having a washing machine would definitely make the stay more convenient, especially for longer stays.

Went there for birthday celebrations And they make a simple birthday cake by towels n balloons , simple and nice Everything is NEW and water pressure is good, bath tub is deep and fit body well. Bath robes material soft and like teddy bear furry 🤣🤣 Coffee machines and washing machines work well, even provide detergent. SOME improvement make it more perfect: 1) kitchen towel might need to ready for light cooking 2) pet friendly lift is slightly smelly, lift running in noise

Disappointing stay with repeated housekeeping, maintenance and operational issues Unfortunately, our stay at Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove was very disappointing. We encountered issues on both nights, together with broader problems involving housekeeping, the lifts and breakfast capacity. On our first night, we returned to the room and found that although the water heater was switched on, there was no hot water. We contacted the hotel at around 1.20 am and were eventually told that maintenance would take approximately another 30 minutes to arrive. As we had travelled quite far and were exhausted, we decided to postpone the repair until the following morning. The hot water eventually started working again the next morning.  On our second night, we returned to the room after housekeeping had already cleaned it earlier that day. However, the body wash dispenser was still completely empty. There was also a dead cockroach in the room which had been there since the previous night and had apparently been missed during cleaning. We contacted the hotel at around 12.37 am and were told someone would come immediately. We followed up several times and were repeatedly told that someone was coming “shortly”. Eventually, we were informed that there was only one housekeeping runner on duty during the midnight shift. When housekeeping finally arrived, we were told that the hotel had run out of body wash. We were then given an almost empty bottle which appeared used and had sticky residue on the outside. This was especially surprising because we had just been assured that “fresh body soap” would be delivered to our room. By around 1.25 am, approximately 45 minutes after our initial request, we simply decided to make do with what we had and go to sleep. Replenishing an empty bathroom amenity and removing a dead cockroach are basic housekeeping tasks which should have been addressed when the room was cleaned earlier in the day. There are also significant operational issues with the lifts. This is a 32 storey property with 213 rooms, yet the wait for the lifts in the mornings can be extremely long. Large numbers of guests end up waiting, and the lift programming or traffic management really needs to be reviewed. For a hotel of this size, the morning lift situation should not be this inefficient. Breakfast also appears significantly undersized for a 213 room hotel. The main breakfast area has only 36 seats and when it became full we were directed to another room to eat. Unfortunately, the overflow room was also dark and stuffy and did not feel like a proper dining area. The breakfast facilities simply do not seem adequate for the number of guests the hotel is designed to accommodate. I do want to acknowledge that the staff responding through WhatsApp and the dining area staff were consistently polite and apologetic. However, after a while, the repeated apologies became frustrating because they were not matched by timely or satisfactory solutions. Any one of these issues on its own might have been understandable. Taken together, however, they suggest shortcomings in housekeeping standards, maintenance response, staffing and the hotel’s ability to manage its guest capacity. Having problems that affected our ability to shower on both nights, waiting almost 45 minutes for a basic housekeeping request, finding a cockroach in the room, being given a used and nearly empty bottle of body wash, dealing with very long lift waits and an overcrowded breakfast setup made this a very disappointing stay. I expected considerably better from Dao by Dorsett and unfortunately would find it difficult to recommend this property based on our experience. TLDR: • Hot water issues • Poor housekeeping, understaffed • Very long morning lift waits • Breakfast area too small Polite staff, but too many basic operational issues for a hotel of this size.

Stayed a night to celebrate our anniversary. Loved the decoration done on the bed as we entered the room. Room is spacious enough for couple. Also, there's kitchen with complete crockery, if you want to do light cooking. Would love to come back and explore the amenities at the hotel. Breakfast is decent. Not much spread, but it is delicious, especially the sauté mushrooms with thyme!

Really enjoyed my stay at Dao by Dorsett! Stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and loved how spacious and comfortable it was. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a stay with family or friends. Overall, a really pleasant stay and I’d definitely come back again!
