房間裡的設施都是新的。住在裡面很舒服。附近比較偏僻，沒有商場。吃飯不是很容易。不過樓下有不少酒吧。喜歡喝酒的有福了。

The water is pressure quite dissapointing. Took 3 hours to filled up bathtub. Around the bed is slightly dusty and visible when lights is on. Had only one night stay already favourited this room. Infront of a bed is a tv with youtube netflix. Quite a chill day but only the bathtub ans water pressure could improve more…

Came for a short stay w family to celebrate husband's birthday. First time here and it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back! The team even did a birthday decor beautifully. Hotel room was big and spacious, the dining table was v practical when we wanna sit as family to have a meal. There's Netflix on tv, bath tub was huge and swimming pool has a jacuzzi too! But did not have time to go for a swim sadly. Near to Tuas checkpoint, just beside Fraser place. Food option, not much but just beside there's a bbq smokehouse Smokd, Kanteen, grocery store Pasar, coffee club and 7-11. Cons: behind the tv area, some parts of the wall, there was quite a number of kamitetep.

The hotel looks new, and the cleanliness also okay. Only a few things that we might be reconsidering about to revisit. 1st is many angle in the room a bit shape and need to be extra careful if stay with toddlers or infant baby. And the door of the room can’t be close properly, we know that hotel staff trying to help to solve the problem. We was arrange to another room at late night abt 11pm+. And the door of hotel room also insecure with simple lock, normally hotel room come with double locks to avoid toddler open the room door easily and go out. Really hope the hotel management will look into this matter to avoid any incident happened.

Great service! Heater was broken when we arrived. But the service and maintenance staff fixed it within 30 minutes. Location is great too. A supermarket right below, and many good food options at the harbour. Booked the 2 room suite. Ideal for families. Could fit 4 people, and have 2 bathrooms.

Love the view from our room at level 9. Cookery utensils are provided. Washing machine and detergents are provided as well. Except there isn’t any toiletries besides shampoo and soap. Bedroom slippers given upon request. Overall we enjoy our stay. The bed is comfortable and shower is shiok! :D

Hotel was brand new. One flaw only the cabinet above the sink for dishes was warped due to water seepage. Other than that the room was very posh and used high quality materials everywhere. The smell in room was new and shouts new condo quality everywhere. The beds and bedsheet were posh and beautiful to sleep on. The bathroom was also very beautiful and clean. Some downs are the room floor still dusty due to new place. Swimming pool was a bit dirty as reviewed by others but view and quality was very good in the pool area. The breakfast was limited in selection but very tasty and yummy!

Repeat stay for us. We love the cleanliness of the room. Lots of mirrors so doesn’t feel cramped as well. Towels, amenities, pillows all no issue. Tried the pool and kids loved it. Very big and lots of play areas. Relaxing to look out at the expansive surrounding. One thing is not enough bins and drying/hanging points around the room.

The room was new, beautiful and clean, but there were some hiccups. I encountered a cockroach on the first night and immediately asked for help. They sent a staff member who overturned the sofa and killed the cockroach on the spot. On the second day, the staff did not replace the bathroom towels. I realised only some of the hotel rooms were operational. Some floors were not ready.

First time staying at Dao after seeing quite a few recommendations on social media. Booked a 2-bedroom unit and the master bedroom came with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The unit was clean, and the beds and pillows were firm and comfortable. Free parking was also provided, which made things convenient. On the downside, the overall size and layout felt a little compact for a 2-bedroom unit. The location is also not very close to the more popular malls near the Causeway, so do expect to spend some time travelling if that's where you plan to shop or dine. Service-wise, room requests can only be made through WhatsApp and understand room service is only during office hours, which wasn't the most convenient. I also noticed water condensation dripping from the living room air-conditioning unit this morning, which was a little disappointing for a relatively new property. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Worth considering if you're looking for a quieter stay away and more reasonably priced accommodation from the busier Causeway area.
