公主灣帝盛道酒店 (Dao by Dorsett Puteri Cove)

希望酒店能夠改進衞生問題，地板/廁所/玻璃內部都是灰塵，好像都沒住人沒人打掃。很讓人失望

房間裡的設施都是新的。住在裡面很舒服。附近比較偏僻，沒有商場。吃飯不是很容易。不過樓下有不少酒吧。喜歡喝酒的有福了。

Went there for birthday celebrations And they make a simple birthday cake by towels n balloons , simple and nice Everything is NEW and water pressure is good, bath tub is deep and fit body well. Bath robes material soft and like teddy bear furry 🤣🤣 Coffee machines and washing machines work well, even provide detergent. SOME improvement make it more perfect: 1) kitchen towel might need to ready for light cooking 2) pet friendly lift is slightly smelly, lift running in noise

Always wanted to try this hotel and it turns out great! Far away from the busy street of JB town. Privacy and quiet place to be. Process of check in is smooth. And the recep staff served us a welcome drink and a cold towel. The room is spacious and great for couple that wanted to recharge. Everything inside the room is in a tip top condition. Came with bathtub and the shower head water is strong. Comes with small kitchen amenities. Breakfast serve the basic ones but the taste is good. A decent breakfast. Encounter a disturbance noise from the upper level room, called the recep and the rectified the issue immediately. And our request for late check up is been granted. Well recommened for a stay for those who looking for some quality and quiet staycay. Will definietly come back. Well done to all the Dao staffs.

아이들 영어캠프 숙소로 알아보다가, 현지에 계신 지인분이 새로 생겼다고 말씀해주심. 정말 뉴임 ! 티비 세팅도 처음으로 함:) 직원분들 친절하시고, 수영장 헬스장은 개인풀, 개인짐처럼 사용가능함.. ♥️ 마트도 바로 그라운드 층에 있어서 편함! 그냥 좋고 또 좋음... 힐링 가능한 숙소 그냥 너무 좋음... ㅋ 연박이면 3일에 한번 이런식으로 청소도 매일 해주시려고 해서 비어있을때 아니면, 수건이랑 물만 받음..

Place was located at peaceful location. Staff were generally friendly. However they are slow during check-in where not many guest are checking in. Room has no phone but have to use WhatsApp to text them. Horrible and slow service. Most of the time no response. Room also not clean despite telling front desk! Will not return since this is worse than a 2 stars hotel. View is nice on 15 floor. Went out more than 5 hours but nothing was done to room on day 2 and nothing was replenished. Saw the other room on the same level with the same issue as well. Service staff was unhappy when came over to change rubbish bag and replenish items. Simply don’t bother attitude and no apology when came to give the items. Will I stay again? Simply NO THANKS 🙂↔️

The hotel is new, and the one-bedroom unit I booked was spacious and comfortable for two people. The location is also quite good — slightly away from central JB, so it is more peaceful and quiet. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping seems to be short of manpower and needs better training. When I checked in, the floor was very dusty and dirty, as though it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The lifts are also vwry slow and do not seem to be programmed well to handle the number of floors and guests. There were also guests going up and down to the pool and gym with wet clothes, leaving the lift floor wet. This made the lift experience even worse. Response through WhatsApp can also be slow, and sometimes there was no response. I requested a few items but had to send reminders before they were delivered. The car park was another concern. When I arrived for check-in and returned on the first night, the car park was very dark with no lights on, which felt spooky. However, on my last night, the lights were on and there was a security guard on standby, which was much better. Overall, this hotel has good potential, but it seems to lack the manpower needed to operate and maintain it properly. Since the property is still new, I hope management will put more effort into housekeeping, maintenance and service so that the condition does not deteriorate over time.

The water is pressure quite dissapointing. Took 3 hours to filled up bathtub. Around the bed is slightly dusty and visible when lights is on. Had only one night stay already favourited this room. Infront of a bed is a tv with youtube netflix. Quite a chill day but only the bathtub ans water pressure could improve more…

Came for a short stay w family to celebrate husband's birthday. First time here and it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back! The team even did a birthday decor beautifully. Hotel room was big and spacious, the dining table was v practical when we wanna sit as family to have a meal. There's Netflix on tv, bath tub was huge and swimming pool has a jacuzzi too! But did not have time to go for a swim sadly. Near to Tuas checkpoint, just beside Fraser place. Food option, not much but just beside there's a bbq smokehouse Smokd, Kanteen, grocery store Pasar, coffee club and 7-11. Cons: behind the tv area, some parts of the wall, there was quite a number of kamitetep.

We love the stay here, very quiet..Comfy bed.. Studio is spacious for couples.. Breakfast was simple but not bad..not many choices though.. Staffs were friendly.. Hope they have bath robes too in the room..
