Our stay was disappointing from start to finish. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the living room aircon seemed spoilt. We requested assistance but were only redirected to an automated WhatsApp customer service, which was frustrating and unhelpful. The house was very dark during the day and only looked decent at night when the lights were on. The kids’ room was enjoyable, but unfortunately had a foul smell. Location-wise, it was inconvenient with poor reception, no parking, and weak internet connection. The worst part was that we left our toiletries bag behind. When we contacted the team, they said they would get back to us, but I had to chase them for three days. In the end, they informed us the bag was not found. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
