Our stay was disappointing from start to finish. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the living room aircon seemed spoilt. We requested assistance but were only redirected to an automated WhatsApp customer service, which was frustrating and unhelpful. The house was very dark during the day and only looked decent at night when the lights were on. The kids’ room was enjoyable, but unfortunately had a foul smell. Location-wise, it was inconvenient with poor reception, no parking, and weak internet connection. The worst part was that we left our toiletries bag behind. When we contacted the team, they said they would get back to us, but I had to chase them for three days. In the end, they informed us the bag was not found. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I honestly couldn’t hold back this time. It was truly a terrible experience. When we arrived to check in, we couldn’t find anyone responsible for the property. We called several times, but no one answered. After waiting for quite a while, we finally received a response telling us to contact them via WhatsApp instead, as they refused to answer phone calls. The room was also very dirty. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong smell of cheap perfume, which seemed to be an attempt to cover up other unpleasant odors. The mattress was badly sunken in the middle, and the room didn’t even have a proper door. Overall, there’s really nothing positive to say about the experience. It was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected.
