Inconvenient check in. Asked to text on WhatsApp a day earlier and we did but on the check in day, suddenly they say room not ready!!! Check in time supposedly at 3pm (which is already late) but because room not ready, we only got in at 6.30pm!!! And not just us, there’s another room also got in late. So inconvenient!! And then when we got clearance to go up, the security guard don’t allow us as they need owner access to the room?!?! End up need to do more waiting until housekeeper fetch us!!! They offered late check out but it’s meaningless when u were out all day and tired and then need to wait close to 2 hours before laying down in a room u booked in advance 🤡🤡🤡
