體驗極差，衞生不好 晚上睡覺外面噪音很大，停車場非常難找。找客服也沒有人工服務。

Great place for solo travellers. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location was good, and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The room is clean worth for money , surrounding less hawker shores , parking is provided but difficult to find no the actual parking place cant find the nos.

Very Disappointing Experience with a Host Calling Themselves “iHomestay” 1. I made a same-day booking at 11:30am, but the WhatsApp number automatically provided after booking was wrong and did not exist on WhatsApp. 2. I waited until 1pm, then called the listed telephone number and discovered a different WhatsApp number. I messaged it but received only AI replies. 3. Their policy says they may not respond unless the booking voucher is submitted—but how could I send it when they provided the wrong number? 4. By 2:30pm, I contacted 訂房網站. Even 訂房網站 could not reach them during the check-in period. 訂房網站 finally reached them at around 2:50pm, and they said they would “help” because I had submitted my voucher. 5. At around 3pm, the host messaged me from yet another number and replied in capital letters: “WE HAVE SENT YOU THE LINK.” It felt rude, as though the problem was my fault. 6. I was then sent back to the AI system, which repeatedly rejected my IC as unclear. Their policies are also very questionable: 1. Documents must be submitted one day earlier, although they accept same-day bookings. 2. They only respond from 1pm to 3pm. How can someone booking after 3pm submit the voucher and confirm the room? 3. They may not respond without a voucher, yet the contact number/link provided was wrong. 4. Their policy says there is no refund for “No Response.” Does this problem happen regularly? 5. They promised 訂房網站 that check-in details would be provided before 3pm, but only responded around 3pm because 訂房網站 contacted them. Without 訂房網站’s intervention, I do not know how much longer I would have waited. How could we check in on time? As check-in approached, there was still no human response. - We became anxious because: - We could not plan when to leave. - We were unsure whether we could enter the property. We understand that homestays require some flexibility, but: - This host, calling itself “iHomestay,” relied entirely on an AI system. - The AI system could not handle all issues The experience was made worse by: - Incorrect contact details. - AI-only customer support. - Questionable policies. These issues showed little concern for customers and felt like an attempt to avoid responsibility. Hospitality requires communication and care. The host should reconsider whether it is suitable for this business. I did not stay and had to book alternative accommodation. The experience also made me question whether the unit was GENUINELY AVAILABLE.

The stay was good. But here the i want to say about few things that could help the management to improve.. The service was quite bad because the check in instructions late. Some more the instructions are not clear. The most struggle part was parking. Totally made us disappointed because the parking lot number was too small till we couldn't see. After parking only specific lift we can access using the access but the lift around us cannot because it's different block's lift. Then we contacted the careline number and then the instructions given clearly. Some how we managed to get in the room. One more problem is TV. We even cannot watch youtube also they given us the Netflix password all but we tried many times and failed. Also disappointed. Overall disappointed at few things. Not satisfied. Just simple thing.. GIVE THE CHECK IN DETAILS CLEARLY TO AVOID UNNECESSARY ISSUES.

Forgot and left my watch in the room after checkout, contact them but never answer. All replied comes from AI . What a poor service. Even when you want to register the process take forever. All communication come from AI. Even taking ic photos like 10 times untill they can verify you, eventho u following the requirements. Not recommended. 👎👎
