I do not recommend this condo for business travelers seeking a good night's sleep. The single bedroom mattress was old, sagging into a U-shape, and very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the unit was extremely noisy throughout the night from what sounded like plumbing in the walls, making it impossible to sleep properly. Additionally, the toilet was not clean upon arrival, and there was no coffee provided, which is a basic amenity for a rental. A very disappointing stay.

Very good clean and accessible to amenities

A Comfortable stay. A little difficult to find the place at first especially @nite. Few condos have the similar name Medini and the condo name not easy to see it. Unit is clean and well equipped and the condo has the necessary amenities for recreation. No convenient store at the condo so advisable to get some groceries beforehand. Host is friendly and helpful. Prompt reply on our inquiries. Highly recommended.

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business 訂房網站s. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

The room check-in was smooth and the stay was slightly below my expectations. Bathroom stinks badly and the ventilator inside the bathroom does not seem to work. There is a separate switch for the bathroom ventilator, but of no use. There is a sofa placed in this unit. Please replace the sofa cushions as they were stained badly and it was not comfortable either. It's just there. Both things needs your attention. Suggest to keep a handwash liquid in the bathroom and replace the queen bed with a king bed preferably.

Toilet smelly. The unit is next to the lift shaft and we can heat the movement of the elevator. Quite disturbing. Otherwise, the unit is generally ok.

The homestay management is very responsive. However, it is quite troublesome to go in and out from the residences as you will need to register at the guardhouse everytime you enter the premise despite already showing them the unit card. There is tower provided , however, you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
