Spacious comfortable room, easy check in process. Parking also convenient to lift lobby. But the toilet has a stinky and olden smell even after we sprayed the toilet and shower there’s unpleasant smell.

I would give the host a 6.0/10.0. He is responsible, and although solutions were not always immediate, he made the effort to offer alternatives. I really appreciate his help. However, my experience with this unit was very poor. I requested to cancel on the spot because several important issues—highlighted many times and promised by the host—were still not resolved, which was very disappointing. Cleanliness ❌: There were many ants on the floor, the floor was dirty and dusty, the bathroom had a urine smell, and the kitchen was not clean. Equipment ❌: The water heater was not functioning, and the hair dryer could not be used. The body shower gel provided was also empty. Day 2 Issue: There was a power outage due to a burnt fuse in the unit. After returning from Legoland, there was still no electricity. My kids had to stay outside the unit and sleep late because of this. Finally, I sincerely hope the host will take this seriously and improve the cleanliness and maintenance, so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you.
