My stay at this apartment was highly uncomfortable due to multiple issues with both the condition of the unit and the lack of support from the host. 1. Cleanliness and Hygiene • The shower drainage was clogged. • The toilet floor was slippery and soapish, posing a safety hazard. • The fridge was moldy, raising hygiene concerns. • Sitting on the sofa caused itchiness on my thighs, suggesting it was unclean or poorly maintained. 2. Facilities and Maintenance • Several lights in the room were not working. • The door passcode was wrong. • The designated parking lot was taken by another vehicle, leaving me without proper access. 3. Host Responsiveness • I called the host twice but received no reply. • The host was not helpful at all in resolving any of these issues leaving me stranded when checking in. 4. General Condition • When collecting the card key from the mailbox, I noticed multiple unattended water bill notices and other documents. This raised concerns about whether the apartment was being managed or maintained at all. Because of these problems, I had checked out very early. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, the stay was uncomfortable, and the host provided no support.
