The worst homestay experience ever in my entire life with Sgd52 per day. My holiday mood was ruined once I entered the bed rooms and toilets. Amazingly, toilets are super dirty even dirtier than public toilets. 🤮 sorry there are likely poop splashes and darken moulds insides the toilet seats if you zoom in. 🤮 The master bed room, bedsheet is smelly and poor quality nylon sheet plus aircon is not working only generating normal air and we are sweating , auto off after like 15min. No choice we moved to living room and slept because living room aircon is good. PS, the living room couch sheet is also so stinky and not clean. Don’t ask me why we didnt move to common room, the common room smells so dusty. It’s a super late night when we check in, impossible for us to move to another place as we’re foreigner without own cars. luckily i only booked for one night.

The place was very near the Legoland. Just walk around the building and cross the road to Medini Mall. And then, walk straight to Legoland. The check in process was very smooth.The water pressure from the shower was great. The night view from the balcony was nice. The house is basically clean. But upon entering the place for the first time, an unpleasant smell welcomed us. It’s from the kitchen sink. After using it, the smell was gone. And a very tiny ants on the cabinets. Other than these, the stay was value for money. It would be great if they have a microwave ☺️

Good location if you are planning to visit legoland. The apartment was spacious, very great view of the place. Big balcony However I think they should spend more time on cleaning the bed and bedsheets. It was bit smelly Also the common bathroom was smelly when we turn on the exhaust fan. The heater in attached bathroom was not working Don't understand why check in time is at 4 pm and check out time 11 am.

Location just beside legoland, room and toilet are clean and tidy. Clear instructions given. Suggestion for the owner to install hanger in the toilet, allow cloth hanging.

Dissapointing experience. Whole house smells mushy. Rooms have mould all over. Common bathroom has water dripping from ceiling, tiles missing and water damaged ceiling. Master bathroom has big hole on the ceiling and water heater not working. Place has limited mobile coverage and wifi was not working. Whole place lacks maintenance and uninviting. Definitely avoid in future.

地點非常好，過個小馬路，就是樂高前面的商業街，走去樂高5分鐘。房間也不錯。兩室一廳，2個衞生間，家庭住真的很方便。有廚房，有冰箱，有洗衣機，都可以使用。煮個麵，煎個蛋，都可以，有湯鍋和炒鍋。不好的是，有一些床上用品並沒有疊整齊，就塞在衣櫃裡面，那些是用過的嗎？不確定，😂 衹有一些床單是疊整齊的，最後我用的是自己帶的床上用品。

步行行去legoland很近很方便，民宿職員打掃房間後，沒有放回鎖匙信箱給我們check in，大堂沒有冷氣，要搞左一大輪，大廈保安帶我們上去拿房，房很大，有兩個廁所，但廳和廚房裡有很多昆蟲，屋內有很大臭味。

It was blackout on our second night stay until the next day.. bad experience.. no offer for part refund or whatsoever from the host... Even though it's close to the Legoland, you still need to walk far as the condo is not directly connected to the Medini Mall.. there's no walkway and its a bit dangerous too to cross the road with the kids...

ทางเข้ามีการก่อสร้าง ต้องเดินลงทางหลังตึก ลิฟและโถงทางเดินดูเก่าและน่ากลัว แต่ภายในห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง เข้าห้องแรกๆมีกลิ่นอับ แต่เปิดประตูทิ้งไว้แปปนึงก็หาย มีอุปกรณ์ให้ครบ เครื่องซักผ้า น้ำยาล้างจาน wifi ทีวี ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีคราบซักไม่ค่อยสะอาดมากเท่าไหร่ แต่เราใช้ของตัวเองได้ ไม่เป็นไร สามารถเดินไปเลโก้แลนด์ได้สบายมาก ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปอีก ฉันจะเลือกที่นี่อีก

Overall cleanliness can be much better. Mattress sheets, sofa beds looked not clean and have several stains. Towels does look clean too and when used, it does not absorb water. The master bedroom bathroom’s heater was spoilt. the side panel of the sofa bed dropped off and there are several sharp nails protruding so we cannot use it. We arrived ast 11pm so no choice we have to so with the apartment. Except for the nice colourful painting on the walls of the rooms, nothing was nice for this stay. We feedback this to 訂房網站 and was informed that the hotel does not want to do any refund at all. They are only willing to change room but we have already checked out in the morning so changing room did not work for us. Despite this, hotel does not want to bear any responsibility for all the bad condition and poor experience we had. Fortunately , 訂房網站 came to us and provided compensation on the hotel behalf. What 訂房網站 did not only reinforce its a responsible platform service provider, it also gave my great confidence to always book through them.
