Stayed at X Chalets recently. While late check-in is possible, the lack of a 24-hour front office does make things a bit inconvenient at times. I wanted to head out for a walk after midnight but the gate into the park was already closed, and I was not sure if there was another way out. There were also some minor maintenance issues. The toilet had water clogging and I had to open the floor trap myself, and the TV remote battery was dead. These could have been easily sorted, but the front desk was already closed by then. On the upside, the free mini bar was a nice surprise. The surroundings are very green and peaceful, giving a sense of living in nature, almost like a light camping experience.

Totally worth it. The room is so clean hygienic. And I really like the receptionist. Their service and communication is very top-notch. Will definitely repeat the booking again❤️
