達拉斯機場被取消航班後不的不定的機場最近的酒店，前台印度小美女態度真好點贊👍 但是短板還是設施太老舊了，而且衞生打掃也很一般，如果不是突發狀況應急我估計不太會入住 客觀的説3.8的評分是正確的，期待衞生加強

フロントの対応は良いですが、部屋の清潔感は全く無い。 古いホテルだろうがゴキブリが室內でのたうち回るのは酷い。 また、枕が4つ設置してあるが、その內の1個だけしかカバーを替えておらず前宿泊者が使ったままの狀態 シャワールームにも前泊者の使用済みの石鹸、シャンプーが置かれたまま タオル類は全て新しい物だが、フットマットは無い 朝食付とサイトに記載があったが、殘念ながらやっていない　との事 リピートは無い

Booked for my driver As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment

There was no free airport shuttle service close to midnight the time I arrived The motel should have this service available even without phone service as per the booking. It cost me $63.50 US dollars for the Taxi ride from the airport to Motel. The front desk attendant was sleeping when I arrived. No person at front desk. I had to ring door bell. The motel states 24 hour front desk service. The room was great, however, the shower area needs to trap the water overfill on floor with a drain. I had to mop up the water with towels. The morning shuttle service was full with a secondary stop at another motel. Did not like the driver requesting for tips at the airport. Its up to the customer to provide tips should the service was good.

Location is good for close access to DFW. Coffee and granola bar are your “breakfast” after 0700. Staff seems not too caring about guests.
