上電梯門一打開就聞到一股不舒服的味道，房間內味道更大，室內照明不足，插頭不足USB插頭欠缺，床單浴巾非常塵垢！游泳池標示因天氣問題關閉，但是白天沒落雨沒行雷沒閃電，惡劣天氣只是在晚上，估計人手不足所以沒有開放泳池！健身室設備塵垢，啞鈴磅數比較少，並且全都是生鏽！中午出門時到前台叮囑收拾房間，晚上七點回來見到並沒有收拾！到前台投訴才有員工過來！早餐尚算不錯，生果麵包供應充足，馬來食品尚算款式足夠，早餐70分！

飯店距離火車站不遠，走路還是需要一些時間，而且因為天氣炎熱，一般都使用grab代步，司機載到飯店區非民宿區即可。飯店入住G有迎賓飲品，搭乘電梯需房卡可至樓層，備品充足，有吹風機、熨斗，但熱水水量少，若溫涼水洗澡則水量ok. 5樓有健身房一樣刷房卡可入內，還有泳池可使用。

Very highly recommended this hotel , All staff very friendly & helpfully , room very clear .. the best this hotel is breakfast food all very delicious and always top up the food Vibes kampung very nice .. i will come again & i very love this hotel !

It was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet. Cons No bed side plugs Old and small TV Water leaks when using the bidet (we booked two rooms only one room got this problem, we stayed at the 11th floor) Pros Wifi and aircond worked very well Iron and ironing board

We're frequent travellers to Ipoh on monthly basis. As we arrived early before 3pm this time, counter staff was working on allowing about 2 hours of early check-in, appreciated. Vehicle parking process was well explained. Restaurant staff were friendly during breakfast session.

Wow! An expected spacious of Superior Room. King size bed and another space for a King size bed. View against Ipoh City is fascinating. Moreover small walk to Sunday morning market which sell various item especially vintage parts. Nearby to town center. I am definitely will visit Kinta Riverfront again.
