Hotel look low maintenance and bed are old, the jacuzzi can't use at all, TV not working, air conditioning remote cannot use, room telephone not function, the main entrance door electric not functional and no water early morning, I hope the hotel management upgrade their service, no drinking water and lastly the reception person are friendly

Possibly the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in before in my whole entire life! I arrived at 2pm so didn't have much choice to go rebook somewhere else plus no refunds given, I spent most my day out but my sleep was horrendous, massive cock roaches everywhere, lift broken, tiles broken, bedroom disgusting, smoke smelling dirty sheets, aircon either freezing or turn it off and be boiling, bathroom I didn't even want to get clean in so didn't shower. No toilet roll, just basically absolutely horrendous! Shouldn't even be allowed to be open. Disgraceful.

indah kabar dari rupa, review jjur location ok dkat sngt nk ke bandar ipoh trutama stadium ipoh, night market dn shop lot kdai mkn lain.. pam mnyak,akn ttapi bilik tiada tv.. lif hnye 1 operasi,1 lg rosak dlm proses baik pulih jubin ade yg dh rosak dn pcah utk di pijak.. kbnykn blik ksong wlaupn hari cuti umum.. hrge tdak brptutan dri segi bilik yg dsdiakn,mngkin dlm anggaran RM 60 - RM 70 shaje utm 1 mlm.. dtg mmginap hnye utk tidur okla, kwasan parking open tiada security, mlm pn tk psti ade org jge kaunter dpan atau tak.. kbnykn mse ditgglkn ksong jika ade ape2 hal tktau nk repot pde spe.. tel dlm blikpn tak boleh dgnekn,hnye wifi je ok

Book for friend but the hotel is so poor, I think this hotel affected because of MCO, hotel entrance a bit dirty, tiles also broke and other lvl wasn’t clean like not service.
