Hotel ni pernah jadi favourite my parents. Dulu datang sebagai anak, so kali ni datang sebagai parent bawa anak. Cuma agak kecewa sebab kebersihan agak kurang. Dalam toilet ada rambut yang melekat dekat lubang. Kolam banyak tahi burung. Harap dapat improve kebersihan.

Building is understandably old but basic neccessities were adequate. No complains coz we didnt spend a lot of time at the hotel. Jist dont expect fancy decor or structure.

The room is clean and tidy. The bed is quite comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious, although there wasn't much variety.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is set in spacious grounds, quiet and spacious. The reception staff was friendly. The bathroom was small but adequate. The hotel has its charm. The number of TV channels may need to be increased.

This hotel very good & convenient to stay for business traveller alone or with family. Just about cleanliness not too clean but service ok. Also have swimming pool separate for kids & adult. The dinner also affordable but not many choice of food. The breakfast very delicious and everyday they rotate the main menu. Overall, just nice & best.

Kali ke 5 menginap sini,selalu okey ja walaupun selalu dpt tandas x berapa clean tp kalini mmg betol2 x bersih..toilet x bersih dan kolam kanak2 byk taik burung merpati nak bagi anak mandi pon kita risau...last2 mandi jugak dlm kolam dewasa tu pon sama tp sbb besar x lah geli sangat..hotel dah strategik..fasilitis pon ok tp syg x jaga kebersihan..dah 5 kali ni dh jd fav hotel tau singgah ipoh..moga tingkatkan kualiti..dah complain jugak kat reception tq staff reception terbaik

Hopefully the management of Seri Malaysia Hotel will improve the facilities of the room..the toilet wasn't clean enough..pls clean the toilet wall and the toilet bowl properly. We've got smelly fridge and not functioning..after dropped a complaint then they came to change but it didnt work too..the staffs were very helpful and lifted the mini fridge to another plug point. The worst thing was there were many birds poop near the pool..pls do something..
