The hotel's driver has been very friendly & kind, providing free shuttle van service & surrounding areas. Really face of the hotel. Met with their sales director that she is frequent in Japanese also a suprise that will recommend my Japanese friends to stsy there next time. Nice hotel!

The staff I interacted with were excellent- friendly smiles, able to answer queries and helpful. Even the back of house staff greeted us with smiles!! PRO😊 Check in was hassle free. One night the basement carpark was full. Mr. Haziq at reception, he moved his car for us to park!! When I checked out, complimentary ride was offered to take me to the airport. Thanks! CON😒 Bathroom floor corners need a bit more attention! Room Wifi for our devices was unacceptably slow, same with the TV. The TV channel went on and off with the "circle" turning indicating wifi is slow. Overall, I would recommend to my friends for this value product!!

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcome. The location is also great — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Close to town, comfy bed. Simple minimalist style, clean room and bed. Cleanliness in the bathroom and toilet however needs improvement. Quick easy check in, friendly staff.

I have stayed there many times. The location is great, not too far from popular food outlet. They provide free shuttle to KTM or airport, and popular tourist spots. However need to make prior arrangements with the management. The staffs is very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return on my next 訂房網站.

The hotel is located near the old town. Parking is available. Breakfast options were limited, but bread, eggs, and coffee were sufficient. There was only one person on duty at the time and shortage of staff to assist during the 3:00 check-in time, as a group of people were checking in over ten rooms, which made the process even slower. I even asked why more staff weren't available during that time. Someone finally came to check me in afterward.

Breakfast has various food although simple. Surrounding also has many local restaurants. Hotel is simple and basically is ok for business 訂房網站.

I stay at this hotel when I travel to Ipoh due to convenient purpose. The hotel doesnt keep my historical record due to change of system and hence the registration took time. Im very dissapointed on this stay experience as the room is poorly maintained, air conditioner is not working and the power plug is not working. The staff require several reminders to come to the room to do fixing/troubleshooting.
