上次住得很舒服，所以這次再訂給家人住，他們也很喜歡， 尤其第一晚晚上十點才多入住，宵夜有熱熱的豆漿和糖水，很好吃。 隔壁就有購物中心很方便，沐浴露和洗髮水香香的。 連住了3晚，希望早餐可以變化大些，第三天早餐粥有點焦味，豆漿很快凝固。

🛌可以説是怡寶比較好的酒店，酒店的設施很不錯，和商場直通，購物吃飯都很方便。 🛌酒店離周邊的景點都很近，打車、遊玩完全沒問題。 🛌酒店服務挺好的，床品也舒適，休息很好，早餐也不錯，選擇很多。

早餐選擇比較多，適閤中國胃，豆漿也不錯，不像是沖泡的，又沒有現磨的豆腥味。 房間乾淨整潔，唯一美中不足，床太小，2張單人床，對三口之家不友好

第一次去ipoh，酒店設施在當地還算不錯，一家四口定了兩個房間，床有點小，硬件還ok吧，淋浴水很大很舒服，但是化粧很不舒服，衞生間暗也沒有專門的化粧鏡。

概念房有免費的下午茶點心咖啡都有在12樓，酒店最高13樓，樓頂是一個酒吧和泳池，風景不錯，房間很大很乾凈，值得説的是直飲水，使用很方便

We arrived at hotel early due to our first flight out. Though we are unable to check in, the front desk lady assured us that she already informed the cleaners to get it ready asap.  At breakfast table, we were greeted by a smiling waitress despite a busy schedule for her. At concierge, the staff is so helpful to take our belongings as we have a late departure timing.  Room is generally very clean daily.

Negatives/Shortcomings: - Gym could use more equipment. There are still some spaces for one or two machines - One of the workers (i suppose) approached me while i was sitting at the foyer alone on the business/hall/gym floor, asked me with a condescending tone "abg dok sni ke?", i politely replied, "ye tingkat 8". Probably my appearance or someone from the camera room who thought a homeless guy might be loitering in their space & decided to send someone to confront me & treat me as i'm some kind of outsider. I DON'T APPRECIATE THAT! For all the hotel staff, this message is for you, don't quickly assume some disheveled looking guy standing or sitting around your hotel as someone who's trying to shelter themselves from homelessness. Be polite either addressing your guess or an outsider. Politeness goes a long way. Didn't they teach you in training? Or you might be a drop out for hire yourself? - Parking structure is a bit old & could be intimidating to some because of its narrow & spiral ascent. That said, everything about the hotel was superb & terrific. The staffs (excluding just one), the check in process, the room, cleanliness, the great location (directly connected to a mall) was all wonderful. Will i come again? Most probably

5-Star Experience at WEIL Hotel Ipoh⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at WEIL Hotel Ipoh and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ipoh, connected to shopping mall, which incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, Firstly I booked to deluxe room and the team of housekeeping done decorated some birthday deco with plate of fruits platters…slices of cake but unfortunately I have to upgrade to next category with some charges since I came down all the way from kL to celebrate my sister birthday. The room which I stayed at 11 floor comfortable, with a modern design and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciate to Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in (Hakim) and check-out were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly. Their hospitality made a real difference. Breakfast at The TIFFIN was another highlight — a great spread with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service in the restaurant. I also really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Ipoh. Overall, WEIL Hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ipoh.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sincerely, Ela

WEIL Hotel Ipoh Excellent central location, spacious rooms, and a rooftop pool with city views. Some noise and maintenance issues, but overall a comfortable and convenient stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

連住二晚此酒店，有很好的住宿體驗。前台職員殷勤有禮，辦事快捷專業。房間面積不細，有大浴缸，床褥軟硬適中，兩晚都睡得很舒服。大讚前台職員Mr Manoah ＆ Ms Vani 處理問題迅速，事緣我漏了件泳衣在上一間酒店，Ms Vani 幫我打電話聯絡酒店確定找到了，Mr Manoah 幫我安排Grab Express 無縫交接及代我先付車費，真是萬分感激。今次是為我老公慶生之旅，感謝酒店送上的生日蛋糕和房問佈置
