We didn’t get to stay in the hotel Ila’s it’s due to change of plans. We reached out to the hotel but they strictly rejected the cancellation, though offered them a cancellation fee. They then offered an alternative we can change the date which we date via their WhatsApp. Then a week later they came back and inform someone booked the room they agreed for the swap date and they had to forsake our room due to a goodwill gesture. Such a shame a place of such quality runs on profit only.
