很新的酒店式公寓，鍋碗瓢盆、電磁爐、微波爐、電冰箱、吹風筒一應俱全，除了沒洗衣機，其他屋內必備設施都有，房間也比較寬敞，訂的兩室一廳，五一期間差不多140馬幣一晚的價格性價比不錯，一家三口住綽綽有餘，有一張大床兩張單人床，客廳有沙發，電視里居然還有芒果和騰訊tv😂酒店頂樓的無邊泳池不算大但很精緻，還有專門為數碼遊民準備的工作區，健身房也很不錯，2樓的花園白天晚上都很美。酒店本身的位置離中心區不遠，火車站打車過來6-8馬，去壁畫街也差不多，去霹靂洞、鏡湖8-10馬，去哪兒都很方便。唯一的問題是公寓比較新，所以grab目前的落腳點定位在大路上的大門口，行李多可以要司機開進去公寓背後的前台。

這個酒店的硬件和服務，讓人很失望。定了兩間房，晚上入住發現，這個新裝修的酒店味道刺鼻，都是甲醛味，其中有一間味道更嚇人，一進去不停的打噴嚏。換了三間房都是如此。無奈衹好退掉1間，大家擠擠一間房。第二天一大早回吉隆坡，想著可以退掉一間房，經過訂房網站五天不間斷的溝通，酒店拒絕退款。太讓人失望。希望大家來怡保的小夥伴們避雷這個酒店。

服務太差了。設備全部都ok，因為還新嘛。裝潢也行，泳池不大能游泳，拍照是可以的。泳池不是方形，而且很小。第一次入住，4點到了，説房間還沒準備好。第二次入住，是晚上八點，也是等了一個小時，説找不到房卡，我都無語，就不能換第二間嗎？如果不看服務，大致上是ok的

好： 1. 新地方 2.乾淨不好： 1. 通知需要添加礦泉水- 沒送來 2. 洗手間的衞生紙都是用了一半的 3. 困在電梯，按急救沒人來，幸虧幾分鐘後門自己開了 4.打掃用的布，抹和水都非常臭，打掃完更難受

兩室一廳加梳化床，可以住四五個人了。空間佈局還不錯，空調給力，各項設施都比較新，床被非常舒服和乾淨，就是的士定位不準，打車害師父繞一圈，然後周邊好吃的超市什麼比較少，但我們都打車出去，影響不大。我覺得現在還新，價格還不貴，很適合度假無腦沖！

The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.
