這個民宿應該是在一棟剛剛交房不久的大樓，有些業主早些完成裝潢開始營運，有些則正在進行裝潢工程，所以白天如果在房子裡會有不少工程噪音。地理位置尚可，打車到景點還不算太遠。 這次住3晚的單位，使用最不滿意的是兩個浴室，尤其主臥室的浴室空間狹窄難以走動，兩個浴室都裝置小型的電熱水器，出水量太小，不好使用。公共浴室的熱水器管線有問題，居然還會漏水。

Overall stay inside the apartment is fine. But the apartment only have 1 lift sharing with the construction workers is bad!! We couldn't use the lift and need to wait for 2 rounds before we can enter. Reason is the construction workers occupied the lift to go up and down the building. Only 1 lift is working for the construction workers and residents together. Dreadful... Very dusty.. In addition the construction workers hanging around at the corridor ie entrance to the apartment!!

Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.

The whole condo is under renovation. The floors and lifts are covered with protection sheets, quite dusty actually. In overall, the cleanliness of the apartment is acceptable, however, the floor is dusty due to ongoing renovation outside the unit, I don't feel comfortable walking on it. Security is lacking, people can access to the carpark without an access card.

超級垃圾的公寓，沒有招牌，也沒有標識，找了一小時也沒有找到公寓樓下，這個公司非常欺騙人，一個剛剛在裝修的大樓就拿出來出租，房間裝修味道非常臭，這樣也敢放在平台出租，訂房網站平台也沒有審查 ，早點害**的酒店公寓，怕了
