“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”

Overall terrible experience as feel like staying in a construction site. There is a room locked in the unit which make us feel eerie and unsafe (I understand the booking is for one room only but didn't expect to be given a two room unit with one room locked up). After booking, the operator contacted via whatsapp to ask for tonnes of personal details and deposit of rm 200 to an account under a random person's name, feels violated to be honest. Could have spent the money elsewhere for a better experience. Won't come back again.

Great location but less privacy and curtain need to be closed most of the time as easily be seen from upper floor units balcony. There is 1 safety concern in the laundry area as water dripping directly from the air-conditioning compressor to the washing machine and very close to the washing machine power outlet.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! The unit was clearly NOT ready for guests. The DOOR was BROKEN and could not be properly closed, completely compromising our privacy and security. There was also NO INTERNET connection, and we couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi to log in to Netflix. To make matters worse, the place was extremely NOISY due to ONGOING CONSTRUCTION. When we contacted the staff, it took far TOO LONG to resolve the issues. Because of poor communication among their team, we were REPEATEDLY DISTURBED by staff knocking on our door for the same unresolved problem. This unit should never have been listed for booking before these basic issues were fixed. Very disappointed!!!

Pro: The apartment is quite new and has a lot of unoccupied units which make it quite dusty at the corridor and lift, that’s our first impression of the place as for the apartment. It was quite clean and neatly decorated. As for location, it was quite convinient as its near city center. We were lucky there was a singing fair at the front of apartment. It was very lively and joyous. Con: Waiting for the lift is too slow. Entry to the parking lot is only 1 entry and encounter 1 car blockage and the whole traffic stop. As for going up the ramp of the parking, it’s quite narrow. Overall: it was a pleasant place to stay.
