自助登記式，房間設施不太好。換了一次房因冷氣漏水。樓上單位洗衣機好嘈。隔音十分差。熱水爐不穩定，因為是即熱式。

Ipoh ICC is in a central location but the apartment host was super slow in response, taking at least 6 hours when I inquired about check out and possibility for storage of luggage! At the end, I found out they do not provide luggage storage service which created inconvenience as had to drag my luggage from meeting to meeting prior to departure back to KL!

First impression upon opening the main dorr is the whole floor is dusty feeling like it was not vacuum for a long time until the next occupants enters . Secondly ,there isn’t a microwave or washer ,unlike other Airbnb who charges similar rates daily . Location is great but also many like this around this vicinity ,so to impress guests to book with competition around , cleanliness is very important. Probably agent who manage this needs to review and improve .

Had a great 1 night stay (27-28 June 2026) at the Safari Theme Homestay at ICC. The house was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Perfect for families, and the location was convenient too. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! I kasi 110 stars for this place!!

Overall a comfortable stay. Short walk to Ipoh Parade, eateries and breakfast coffeeshop. Short driveway from airport. Apartment was well equipped with a water dispenser for hot and cold water. beddings clean. Would have been ideal if 2 access cards were provided for lift access to apartment.
