1.房間通道燈光暗，看不清房號 2.入住時房間厠所未清浩好，沒厠紙，沒椅子，下午5時通告前臺，晚上十點回房，尚末補充，要再追才做，我們訂三個房間都有不同問題，續住房間清潔不到位， 3.登記入住效率太慢

A different experience from normal hotel, besides excellence cleanliness and helpful staff, I should say is a high tech hotel. For senior citizen like me ,I no need to carry room cards, they use face recognition to enter the lifts and room. i like the heated toilet seat too!

Brand new hotel in ipoh but thats about it.  Service was not organized at all. Breakfast selection was good but mains are made upon order. I had to wait almost an hour just to get my order which I had to ask for twice.

The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next 訂房網站 to Ipoh.

Loved the breakfast buffet. It has so much variety and can easily rival against 5 star resorts. I also liked the Fancy bathroom equipped with an automatic bidet, heated toilet seat and automatic curtains. The interior decoration is also very fancy. My only complaint is the parking sign is very confusing.
