Hotel Feedback Overall, the hotel is still new and has a cozy atmosphere. However, the bathroom floor had noticeable stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the corridor felt stuffy with no air conditioning, and there was an ongoing renovation smell throughout the area. Hope these issues can be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

Bedsheet found impurities and a little bit dusty maybe due to long time nobody occupy. Floor was spotted few area with stained, not obvious but can see clearly under the light. One of the toilet drainage blocked, your leg will soak with water when u shower. Feel insecure for basement car park as it was like still under construction and no lighting at entrance as well, the car park system was not even ready so anyone can enter the car park freely.my car damaged hit by the drainage cover and was told by management this car park is own by council, how ridiculous it is.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

Great location and great amenities! Clean apartment as well. It’s near the pubs so it might get a bit busy at night but other than that it was pleasant stay

The one I booked is like an Airbnb with 2 rooms, a dining table, simple kitchen utensils and a sofa. It is brand new. Good location.
