欣悅酒店 (Symphony Suites Hotel)

靠近怡保機場，酒店位於大馬路旁，晚上會有點吵。房間空間大，空調的聲音有點大聲。住了兩晚，第一天付了兩晚所得稅馬幣六塊。可是第二天退房，卻説還欠三塊馬幣的旅遊稅沒還。又多付一次,沒有給收據。要注意。工作人員沒有協調好，一點小事。早餐一般般。

酒店是翻新的但仍然看得出歲月的痕跡。 Pros: 員工服務態度好，早餐食物有一些好味，有提供適合輪椅人士的房間（洗手間設計），旁邊有幾間餐廳和一間賣平貨的商店。 Cons: 地點不在巿中心，雖然call Grab也只是10分鐘左右。衝涼的水不夠熱，只微暖，要注意！

房間很寬敞，一廳一房，兩個洗手間，三個 sink 盤。走廊亦很寬敞，雖然有點舊。前台員工很熱心，不錯。早餐無驚喜但可以，最喜歡是有個部份讓你自己煑鷄旦和灼菜，河粉或麵。雖在公路旁但仍覺清靜，只是晚上睡覺時聽到冷氣機的聲。wifi 不穩定，入住的第二天早上更完全欠奉。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much! Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

My name is Mrs Kohila Hariharan, we checked on 30/11/24 for 1 night.. Myself and my husband stay in the deluxe king suite.. Outside was very quite. The room was super clean and neat. They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

Quick check in process, helpful staffs. You also get complimentary teatime - cakes and drinks. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Free parking in the building is a plus point. But ramp to carpark is a little narrow so please be careful. Close to Mirror Lake which is why we picked this place, but a bit of travelling needed if you are heading to centre of town.

The hotel room is very clean, new and we enjoyed one night stay. Breakfast is good and variety of food. Only coffee is not so good. Tea tarah is good and Nasi Lamat as well. It’s near to the mountain and can see street view from the room is nice. Nearby have a cat food shop. Beside have a pup/ club.

Nice and spacious room for the whole family. It was a pleasant surprise to have a welcome drink and snack after checking in. Great service from staff who delivered our bags into the room even before we checked in. Only negative is that it is a little far from the restaurants, so have to call Grab to have our dinner.

Old design hotel but cleanliness is considered ok. Blanket looks old, I called and request to change. Price very reasonable with simple buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, noodle station, bread, fried noodle, hashbrown, porridge, sausage. Suprisingly there is not power plug to available for guest to use, you need to unplug the floor lamp/desk lamp to charge your mobile phone. TV is small and blur, i am ok with small size but cannot accept the blur. The water pressure is very strong but showerhead is faulty, it was very loud.
