Wall have alot of stain After bath the water will be stagnant. When ppl next door using water u will hear very loud noise. Hair, dust etc dangling at under the door

Location is ok, quite convenient. But facility is very limited. Cleanliness is still good. But aircond not so cold. Just for short term or simple overnight is OK. Price feels like little bit overpriced in Ipoh area.
