⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and I can’t thank the team enough for everything they did. I was organising a surprise for my mum’s 60th birthday and wanted everything to be perfect. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and always polite and professional. I had lots of requests and arrangements to make before we arrived, but the team handled everything flawlessly and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of exactly as planned, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the celebration with my family. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, fantastic facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere, but what really made our experience memorable was the outstanding service from the team. Thank you all for helping make my mum’s 60th birthday so special. I would highly recommend Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and would love to return in the future.
