床上一堆不知道説什麼的汙點，房間沒有空調衹有這種老式暖氣片，完全沒有效果（冬天來還不如直接睡橋洞暖和。和前台反饋後直接告訴我要我自己還床單…… 自己服務自己了唄

Worst experience ever. They are just liars, will promise you a room on booking and you will end up in a totally different room! And blame it on third party websites. So unprofessional. We are supposed to know the names and not look at the photos on the website while booking, and no remorse or apology whatsoever. Do not waste your money! We wasted our 800 quids!!! For nothing. Even after getting the the most expensive room on website and calling them after booking and specially requesting for a particular room.

一個挺舊的酒店，周邊吃飯還算方便，算是比較市中心了，價格上算貴的，但是4天在蘇格蘭高地住過的酒店總體來説都是性價比不高，普遍價格高服務一般

在不貴的前提下，被房子外觀吸引去訂的房。這邊的酒店衹要上點年紀都很破舊。看得出店內設施都是用了很久的，衞生還可以，但這個單人房是真小。還有一個大bug，這邊隔音很差，開門關門廊道走人都是噪音，每天都3、4點就醒！好可怕t

Great location with easy walk into city centre. Quiet at night. Situated right on the River Ness with fabulous views of the river from our room. Lovely building with lots of original features such as high ceilings, sash windows and wood panelling. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day. Lift at hotel. Nice bar with friendly staff. Helpful reception team. Luggage storage given on day of departure. Twin bedded room allocated which we requested. Well worth the price and much nicer than modern generic hotels locally. Will definitely stay here again
