    酒店位置很好就在火車站旁，新裝修的，衞生也不錯，有餐吧和咖啡店，價格也挺實惠。房間內沒有空調，冬天有一個暖氣片，夏天衹有電扇。沒有免費wifi，註冊會員可以享受30分鐘wifi

    Heartless and Unhelpful – Avoid at All Costs I have never encountered such a cold and unaccommodating hotel policy in my travels. Due to the ongoing Iran war, I was unable to reach London and consequently could not make my onward journey to Inverness. Despite the extraordinary circumstances, Travelodge Inverness City Centre flatly refused to provide a full refund. This is not just about money—it’s about basic human decency. When global crises prevent guests from traveling, the least a hotel can do is show compassion and flexibility. Instead, I was met with rigid rules and zero empathy. Travelodge’s unwillingness to support stranded travelers demonstrates a complete lack of care for their customers. In times of crisis, you learn which businesses value people over profit. Sadly, Travelodge has shown it values neither. Save yourself the disappointment and book with a hotel that understands hospitality is more than just a bed—it’s about trust, respect, and humanity.
