好: 前台服務員早間和晚間的都很友善壞: 有蜘蛛長期在房間角落-洗手間內房和台也露台也有很多蜘蛛網酒店正對工地沒有嘈音但大煞風景木板地不隔音任何人行過會唧唧聲作響，在床上睡覺時會以為有人近在咫尺在你身邊行過。早餐負責人對華人態度不友善，例如他會親切和主動地向外國人早晨問好，但對華人登記入座，卻視如不見，非常冷淡對待。

This is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel. The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style. The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here. If you are planning to have the Swiss style 訂房網站, this hotel offers you the taste!

位於因特拉肯西站附近，（去少女峰是要在東站坐車）所以沒啥交通優勢，酒店外觀很有瑞士特色，看起來就是古老的建築，裡面巨老舊，隔音很差，住了兩晚，被不知名的小蟲子咬了一片包，服務員都沒啥表情，早餐也很簡陋，總之是國內不會超過200的招待所標準，因為瑞士的物價，我選擇理解，但是該説的還是要説

部屋も広く、朝食もビュッフェ形式で、スイスのハムや肉、トーストを味わうことができました。また、朝食會場からはユングフラウヨッホを見ることができロケーションも最高でした。

他の口コミにもある通り、建物は古いですが、しっかり掃除されてるのが伝わってくる、清潔なお部屋だったので、満足しております！水回りも綺麗でした！英語があまり得意ではなかったのですが、丁寧に接客してくれて、こちらの要望もしっかりと伝わって対応していただけて、良かったです！部屋の溫度も常に最適に保たれており、毛布もあったので快適に眠れました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、美味しかったです！今回、インターラーケン近郊の観光で2泊させていただきましたが、とても良かったです！また利用させていただきます！

The hotel is a bit old but very clean and cozy. There may not be many choices for breakfast but is definitely good enough for me. The staff at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. They even provide sauna but unfortunately I did not have the time to try.

木質房子，年代久了，住一樓，樓上的人晚上比較興奮，半夜在説話，在走路，嘎吱嘎吱響，噪聲大，如果對噪聲有要求的人，慎重。

Pros: The location is quite close to Interlaken Ost (but you’ll need to change stations, as it’s about a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West station). Cons: Honestly, I would give a negative score for the service attitude. The staff always pulled long faces and only smiled when they saw European guests. Based on our 3 full days having breakfast at this hotel, it’s apparent they are racist toward Asians. We’re paying for your service, and this is the attitude we get? That’s just rude. They even scold guests for putting anything other than plain bread in the toaster — it’s ridiculous. The front desk was okay, but the restaurant staff were all rude. 🙄 Also, no slippers were provided. You’re not allowed to flood the bathroom, yet the shower is so poorly designed that it’s almost impossible not to. If you do accidentally flood it, you’ll be charged a CHF 150 cleaning fee.
