托斯卡納酒店 (Hotel Toscana)

Interlaken West駅からキャリー引きずって歩いても餘裕！ Interlaken Ost駅も餘裕で歩けます！Ostまではバスがあるのでスイスパス持ってたら乗ったらすぐです！Ostの近くに美味しいスイス料理屋さんありますよー！ パラグライダーの集合場所のヘーエマッテ公園まで走れば30秒ですー！バス停までも走れば30秒です！最高でした！部屋も広いです！文句なし！大優勝！ 荷物預かってくれます◯ スイス行きたいとこ行きまくったけどインターラーケンを拠點にして大正解でした♡

設施很差，床是塌陷的睡到一個小時痛醒了，沒有毛巾，浴巾，都沒有，服務極差，世界上最差的，我跑了25個國家了，第一次遇到，華人酒店如此差，讓我失望至極

酒店就在因特拉肯火車站旁邊 上少女峰非常非常方便 房間佈局和設施不如國內三星 價格不輸國內五星 好在老闆和前台是中國人 中文交流更有幫助 旺季這個價格也沒得挑

位置在因特拉肯西火車站走大概10-15分鐘，離主街有小小距離，如果要去因特拉肯OST站就要走比較遠了～房東是華人（？）總之遇到的兩位前台人員都可以中文溝通～特別是年輕的一位小哥，介紹得挺清晰全面的～有電梯，但是電梯按鍵按了跟沒按似的搞不懂…最重要的！房間有空調！！！大大的好評！要知道6月的瑞士可是能熱死個人的…閣樓房間小心頂頭，不算大，不過居然沒冰箱！本來喝不完的冰可樂還不能繼續冰繼續喝…

We expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us. We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review. Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor. And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean. Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

太差的一次住宿體驗，人民幣3000多一晚住宿，對標國內最差旅館的住宿條件！設施簡陋，衞生差

勝在位置，性價比不高，不過選擇暑期到因特拉的，有房間住就不錯了，還要啥自行車。樓下中餐館味道不錯

房間寬敞且乾淨，設施齊全，乾濕分離，接待人員很熱情，早餐也不錯，品類多，出行方便，雖然離機場較近，但酒店的隔音相當好 ，晚上入睡很好，最重要的一點就是性價比高，值得被選！

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
