因特拉肯多林特精華酒店 (Essential by Dorint Interlaken)

位置非常方便，就在Interlaken west 站 1號月台旁邊。對面已經有大型超市，可以買食材回公寓煮食， 附近亦有不少餐廳、商店。 我們住的是公寓，面積非常大，設施維護亦很新淨良好。 我們到達的時候雖然是5月底，可惜遇上歐洲heat wave，氣溫都有27-28度，由於公寓沒有空調，感覺實在很難受。 在評論中看到酒店有回應每公寓可提供兩把風扇，我馬上致電前台問可否提供電風扇，前台回覆可提供一部，由於有兩個房間，我再問可否提供兩部，前台直接回覆： No, You can only request one fan. 感覺態度有點不友善。 另外在沒有提供空調的公寓，電風扇應該當為一樣基度電器，不需要客人主動要求吧。

酒店就在Interlaken west 站, 出入非常方便，但大部分酒店其實都需要在Interlaken ost 轉乘。房間風景優美，設計實用。

酒店地理位置非常好 就在因特拉肯西站車站裡麵 適合帶著很多行李的旅客 酒店新開業 設施都很新現代化 酒店也要很多套房公寓 可以供三人四人入住 很方便 早餐很好吃 有米飯 筷子也免費提供 適閤中國遊客 酒店旁邊也有很多超市 好幾家 隔壁的mirgo超市非常大 離coop超市也很近 很適合遊客旅遊期間購物買東西 總之很推薦這個酒店 早餐好吃 價格划算 房間好

訂了山景房 可以獲得不錯的景觀 但是房間雪櫃也沒有

衞生：衞生可以説非常糟糕了，睡了一晚身上都癢，枕芯都是發黴的，桌子上都是灰塵。 位置： 在因特拉肯的中心而且就靠在西站旁，所以出行非常便利，走路距離就可解決日常生活需求。

酒店比較新，就在因特拉肯西站車站裡，但是一點不吵，我們的房間完全沒有火車聲音，很安靜。洗澡水很大，洗澡很舒服，房間有歐標的插頭，房間略小，我們的房間床邊有個電視劇，走的快 有時會撞到，不太合理。早餐超預期，有亞洲飯，印度咖喱飯還蠻好吃的，還有白煮蛋配醬油。果汁特別好喝。酒店員工也蠻nice的，總體非常滿意，推薦

I normally don’t post negative reviews but for me personally, this is objectively the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. EVER. First of all the pictures listed on 訂房網站 for the essential room all show pictures with views of the lake. In reality there is no view except the rooms of other hotel guests. And a pebble courtyard. Perhaps the false advertising bureau should get involved. And this is something that I see other travelers have commented on. By the way, the hotel will post a reply saying that some rooms have views and some don’t. Don’t believe them. Secondly, the bedding, pillow and duvet are all made of very itchy, cheap synthetic materials, presumably to save on washing and ironing costs. I have never encountered such a material used for bedding and it was very difficult to fall asleep and I woke up every night itching and with a rash. It as such a horrible 3 nights and I do not wish it on anyone. The breakfast spread was of very very low quality generic ingredients and made me long for the breakfast at my previous hotel. Also, there were several large tour groups when we were there which made the breakfast area chaotic, noisy and loud. Upon check in there was long strands of hair all over the bathroom basin and toilet. There is also old spiderwebs with dead spiders in the shower room. It was in a very visible space so it reflects on how much the cleaning crew cares about their jobs. On the second day, we went out at 7 in the morning and had the “please clean room” placed on the door. But upon returning at 4pm the room was still untouched. This left us with a very uncomfortable feeling. We ended up not having the room cleaned for that day. Despite the newness, convenient location to the train station and the acceptable price of the rooms, it’s really not worth staying at this hotel. And if you still decide to stay here, don’t get your hopes up. This is more of a hotel suited to large tour groups. There are lots of negative reviews of this hotel on 訂房網站.com as well as other platforms. There are many other options available. I urge other potential travelers to read them and just simply stay away from this hotel.

交通方便，出站就能夠找到酒店，房間有點小，近3千一晚的價格，説實話和國內300的差不多。但是在瑞士所有酒店都很貴，沒有辦法！房間還算乾淨，透過窗戶可以看見雪山，因特拉肯的景非常美！美的可以忽略掉所有的將就！

ホテルの寫真ではテラスから湖が見えるものでしたが、実際には建物しか見えなかった。部屋の場所の問題なのかもしれないと思ったが、どの部屋タイプでも同様に湖の見える寫真を使用しており、悪意を感じざるを得なかった。不當表示の狀態になっており、消費者庁への通報を検討している。一方、駅のプラットフォームの隣にホテルがあるので、アクセスは便利。ただし、駅周辺はインド人の経営する飲食店が非常に多いのでスイスとは思えない雰囲気になっているので期待値はあまり上げないほうがいい。朝食は美味しかったですね。

6000塊一晚的酒店住出了300塊一晚的感覺。首先，搞錯了，我們訂的兩大一小，説我們衹定了兩個大人。那麼沙發就沒有鋪成床。很晚了工作人員再來鋪床。二，我們到的時候酒店地下停車場車位滿了，讓我們停對面超市的地下停車場，對面超市的停車費比酒店還便宜，所以我們的箱子都要走樓梯拿上來。三，酒店還有上一位客人留下的臭襪子沒有收掉。這就是6000一晚的酒店水平。然後所有服務員問他們，都是沒辦法解決你的問題，我們沒辦法，就像停車位，沒有你也就衹能停對面拎箱子過來。根本沒有任何服務可言。瑞士的酒店都很垃圾可能，如果住其他家説不定的也這樣。他們的心態是反正我們不愁客人，你愛來不來。瑞士還有個專業酒店管理好像蠻出名的，呵呵，他們真應該到中國來學學。工作人員也要吐槽，我給她刷卡，卡插在那裡起碼過了兩分鐘，他就在跟別人聊天，我就跟他説能不能把我的卡還給我了，他還覺得我態度不好，凶我，服了，而且説的英語都聽不懂，不知道説了個啥。所以，也看到有人點評説是不是對亞洲人歧視，有可能吧~~~
