I was travelling with my family. I would say that it was one of the best experience out of other hotels/properties in have stayed in indore. Every member who were serving in this hotel was very humble and polite. Specially when it comes to getting essentials things for infant baby (since we were travelling with our baby), they helped us a lot.

Overall experience was Average. please refer below ratings - a) Location - 3/5 b) Food - 3/5 (do not book rooms with meal plan as hotel don't provide buffet lunch / dinner. Restaurant staff will provide you very limited options for food and you will feel like cheated.) c) Service - 2/5 d) Check in - 3/5 e) Room -3/5 (booked two rooms - Suite & Superior but all amenities were not available as given in description)

clean rooms. we used food room service, which was also prompt. hotel has a restaurant attached, which is good. we liked the breakfast spread as well

Washroom and room are not clean properly. They provide only 2 - 500ml bottle. No facility as per sweet room

The experience of staying at hotel kyriad was very wonderful, the entire staff is very efficient, very good behavior, the room was very comfortable and nice, next time whenever i come to indore, i will stay at hotel kyriad only.

Average budget hotel. It’s old with small washroom. The curtains are dirty and stinks. The plus point are the food, wifi speed and location. However, the person taking food order always makes mistakes and sends wrong food.
