होटल में रुकने का एक अच्छा कारण सिर्फ bar है लेकिन होटल की रूम सर्विस बिल्कुल अलग है। कॉल करते रहो रिसेप्शन पे, कह जरूर देंगे कर रहे है 1 मिनट में , लेकिन उसके बाद आपको ही याद दिलाना है की बोला था ये काम करने के लिए सिर्फ 30 मिनट पहले । hospitality of 3 star hotel should be good you should not ignore customer!

Obviously the hotel is not the best in the locality. but as per price, the quality they are providing is markable. You might face few flaws while staying there but the eagerness of the hotel staff to help you is kind of unbelievable. I will definitely visit this property again and again in future.

Services are very bad there in this hotel. They even charge for small water bottles which is mandatory in every hotel. I checked in 3 hours before and I didn’t have any place to stay so they charged INR 500 extra for that thing Water bottle is charged at 51 rupees which is 15 rupees just outside In any hotel this is not charged this much

I had an absolutely terrible stay at The Grand Shaurya. The biggest issue? Bed bugs. They were everywhere, and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get a moment of proper sleep. I woke up itching and found bites all over my body. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that calls itself “Grand.” The room itself looked decent at first glance, but once I realized what I was dealing with, everything else became irrelevant. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when I reported the issue either. If you value your sleep and your health, stay far away from this place. Until they fix their hygiene issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
