Rooms very smelling bad and bedsheets were not clean. Location is good walking distance to chappan. Wifi was not working

checkout time was 11:00am. 2 hours late checkout was provided as an offer while booking. hotel manager tell us to checkout at 10:am. for 2 hours late checkout he told phone in room was not working because mouse cut the wire. for small things you had to go to reception. parking is headache in this hotel. no parking management. if you want to take out your car from parking then other guests had to take out there car at first and if other guest are not at hotel then just wait for them. only one towel was provided. no toiletries. totally unhygienic. we took our luggage by ourself. please avoid this hotel since whole hotel is unhygienic and full of rodent.

Overall good experience stayed in palette sapphire the experience was too good the staff and the property manager resolved and handled the issue very politely mmt customer care too helped so on the basis of that given them a good rating.....

the experience was horrible i was only for 14 hours bathtub was not working it took whole night to fill ,toileteries were not there very expensive room with no ammenities

Good and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Best part is the vicinity of the hotel. They have a rooftop restaurant & another resto at 1st floor.

The hotel's location is really the best, right next to Chappan market. The room was clean and spacious for two. The staff was warm, helpful and polite.
