I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. One of the most alarming issues was that there was electric current passing through the tap water, which was extremely dangerous and unacceptable for any hotel. Despite informing the staff, the response was very slow and casual. Another major issue was the late check-out policy. While booking, it was clearly mentioned that late check-out was allowed, but at the property, they demanded extra charges for it, which felt misleading and unfair. Communication was also a major problem — whenever we needed assistance (even for basic things like breakfast), we had to call 3–5 times before getting any response. Calls to the front desk were often unanswered, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and the experience unsafe and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

THE LOCATION OF HOTEL IS GOOD. The hotel needs to do maintenance And needs to start maintaing the cleanliness. The staff is very poor at hospitality.

We checked in very late around 11:50 p.m. Though the hotel kitchen closes at 11:30 p.m, but the people there did extra to take food orders at 12:30 a.m. The food was a bit spicy, especially "khichdi" which we ordered for two people with bad stomachs. I was travelling with my toddler so had to visit their kitchen, to boil the milk and use their refrigerator. The kitchen was a mess, utensils were dirty which were kept in washed utensils stack. The milk which I arranged at that hour from Blinkit and boiled, was consumed by hotel staff for making tea just half an hour after I kept it in the kitchen for cooling. In the morning I ordered the milk again, which was then burnt by the hotel staff. Before booking the hotel, I discussed the kitchen facilities being available at night and I was assured that milk will be available. But their kitchen and staff were a real mess.

It was very much smoky on check in time, demanded for dustbin and door mat which I didn't get till check out, taps were giving current shocks, quality and quantity of food was not appropriate, far away from centre Indore
