please dont book any property of this group if you come with your family not safe to stay with family . please please dont book horrible stay pvt parties were running with loud music we can not slip till 2.30 am the amount we pay fir which is waste plz plz dont book this hotel

There was not hot water in the bathing tap. I asked them to give me a bucket of hot water, they gave and the water was bad- had things floating on it. Horrible customer service and the food is just oily - the only plus point is that it is cheap. But the service is terrible.

Clean room..................good service.................good food..............,,,,,,Bathrooms and the entire property is jn very good condition.............,,,.,,.the staff is helpful and always at service.........hygienic towels and consumables are provided and changed. The experience was good and the entire stay duration was pleasant

Highly recommended. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and i had a very good experience. The room was clean as shown in the picture and the staff were also polite and very helpful. The food quality was a little bit lacking and even the food was not available which was mentioned in their menu card. I recommend the hotel management to ensure that the food is available otherwise they should allow guests to order food from outside as per their convenience.

Hotel lobby, cafeteria and rooms were new and really good. However, the food was average and needs improvement. Also, there were issues with hot water availability despite the cold weather in indore. The telephone was also out of service and we could not even call the reception for assistance. These things need to be improved. Otherwise the property seems really good and hotel has lot of potential.

Excellent stay. Stayed for nearly two weeks and have zero complaints. Staff at reception as well as the manager there were helpful. Enjoyed the stay.
