We booked 4 rooms 4 people Laundry washed together with other guesses -＞ too dirty Room no shampoo, ask for room service for 5 hours noone come Room no dryer Ask to change the blanket and pillow cover, but dont change Staff doesn't speak english at all and doesn't welcome foreigner Gym no water no towel, AC remote can't use Go inside my friend room without knocking or bell (2 friends experience same) Hotel in the lobby looks ok

1. I never see any hotel request to fill : Visit purposes, duration time… if you see my visa is business type then all if going right. 2. The price is high but the room value very normal,even don’t have small table for working with laptop. I must go downstair nearby the reception then can use the big table there,but the socket no power for laptop charging. 3. International hotel but only few staff can speak English, that’s is inconvenient. 4. The room was cleaned but the staff come to my room without nock the door or press the ring button,this is unacceptable. Even i not press do not disturb button but i also not request for room cleaning ,and i believe at the control center must be know which room have people staying because the room card already plugged to enable electricity of the room. My colleague also getting other bad experience so let him comment by himself.
