Food was very bad, location was ok, room was very dirty, AC making bad sound, room was stinking, intercom not working, no toiletries available, towel and bedsheets very stinking.

Tv set was not workong, no one attenddd even after complain food was oily even after tell8ng advance dinner hall was in very poor condition breatfast was not ready at 8:30 am wherebprevious night they mentioned it starts at 8:30 overall very poor not sure rhey have service what they offer

While taking a shower in the morning, suddenly water stops in the bathroom. After calling reception 45 min later water came in the shower.

I have got very bad experience in this hotel, there is very noisy room, there is some vibration on the windows and a typical sound coming from outside whole night. and also in the morning there is no facility of hot water for bath. it's too horrible experience for me.

Exceptional staff and service. Stayed there for 1 night, next day travelled to Omkareshwar. Staff extended their support for keeping our luggage bags in their locker for free.
