德魯納富平酒店 (deluna hotel bupyung)

這個地方我覺得最大的缺點，就是打車去仁川機場還要35分鐘。所以我是被騙過來的，離機場近35分鐘也叫近。花了30000韓元。所以想機場方便，請放棄這個酒店。包括它周圍的。這種小酒店好多好多。

인천 부평에 위치한 이곳은 객실 내에 넓은 욕조가 마련되어 있어 반신욕을 즐기며 쌓인 피로를 풀기에 정말 완벽한 선택이었습니다. 대리석 무늬의 바닥과 고급스러운 벽면 디자인이 어우러진 세련된 인테리어 덕분에 머무는 내내 대접받는 듯한 기분을 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 공간이 깔끔하고 분위기가 좋아 부평 근처에서 쾌적하고 감각적인 숙소를 찾는 분들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The problems started before I even got into the room. This is a self check-in hotel, but I received no instructions whatsoever on how to check in. When I arrived, I was lucky that two other guests were there who had already checked in and could explain the process to me. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed how poorly it had been cleaned. There was a dirty used tissue next to the bed, hairs on both the bed and the toilet, and the wall around the sink was covered in stains that looked like they had been there for a very long time. There was also an iPad-like control panel next to the bed that was covered in dust, dirt and marks. On top of that, many parts of the room were very poorly finished or repaired. I immediately tried to contact the hotel, but couldn’t reach anyone. I then contacted 訂房網站, explained the condition of the room and asked to be moved to another room. Initially, I was offered a partial refund, which I declined because I did not consider the condition of the room acceptable. Eventually, they agreed to refund the entire night. Unfortunately, I kept discovering more problems. The air conditioning didn’t work and its display was broken. The TV didn’t work properly either. There was a refrigerator right next to the bed with a light that could not be switched off, meaning the room remained brightly lit even after turning off all the other lights. The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. To make matters worse, the control panel next to the bed randomly started speaking in Korean approximately every hour, including during the night. The soundproofing was terrible as well. At around 4 AM, I could clearly hear the guests next door talking and laughing, even though they weren’t speaking particularly loudly. Between the neighbours, the noisy refrigerator and the control panel repeatedly speaking during the night, I barely slept. What concerned me most, however, was security. I could not properly lock the hotel room door from the inside. There also appeared to be no keycard-controlled access at the hotel entrance or elevator, meaning people could seemingly enter the building, use the elevator and access the guest floors without a room key. As a solo traveller, this made me feel extremely unsafe. I also noticed a lot of adult entertainment in the surrounding area. In combination with the lack of access control and the fact that the hotel’s amenity kit included a condom and massage oil alongside the toothbrush, toothpaste and razor, the overall atmosphere made me feel even more uncomfortable. The room was dirty, several facilities were broken or poorly maintained, the soundproofing was terrible, I barely slept, and I did not feel secure in the hotel. The fact that the hotel was also difficult to reach when I needed assistance made the experience even worse. 訂房網站 ultimately refunded my stay, which I appreciated. However, in hindsight, I really think I should have been moved to another hotel given the condition of the room and the security concerns. I would absolutely not stay here again.

룸 두곳보여주셨는데 인테리어 가 매우 예뻐요!!!위치 객실 특히 호텔 침구 매우 훌륭해요!!!~

チェックインも簡単だった。韓國語ができなくても自動チェックインができるので問題がないとおもいます。富平駅からは徒歩10分ほどです。コンビニも真正面にcuがあるので立地がいいと思いました。
