The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服務很好，房間有陽台，浴室，桑拿房。風景很好，周邊有幾個餐廳可以吃飯。早餐也不錯

What I liked, was the location, friendly and helpful receptionists, everything was working well. The room is bit oldschool, but is tidy and clean.. I can just say the pillow and mattress was not so comfortable. Breakfast is in the main building, what can be for some people not convenient, if you will get room in the other one. It is quite big area. I did not find any information about sauna, it was written there it is time for men (5pm - 8pm), is there no time for women? At the end I did not have time to use it, but would be nice, to have some explanation. The location is very good, you can just grab your bike, skis, snowshoes and go for your adventure. Would love to stay more, two nights were not enough. Add:I think they have huge x-mas tree whole year in the main building 😀.

The environment is comfortable and the rooms are clean.  There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby .  However, there are a few inconvenience. - The room is quite far from the restaurant where breakfast is served. - You need to carry your luggage up to the second-floor room yourself , as there is no elevator, which is inconvenient if you have large/ heavy luggage. - There is a bedside lamp above the bed. It is quite large and cannot be moved. You will definitely bump your head when you get up.. Also, there is no brightness adjustment.   On the other hand, there is no lamp on the desk.  I hope the hotel can improve this.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from the customer service. Due to middle east situation my flight got cancelled without any rebooking options. I reached out to the hotel immediately via email on the 7th to notify them of the situation and seek a solution. I even use international phone call to inform the reception where they say they will follow up. However, profit is the only thing comes first. Trip said they are willing to refund provided hotel side accept it but hotel did not even consider refund or rebooking and just ignore without any attempt at guest support. If you are booking here, be aware that if anything goes wrong with your travel plans, this management will likely ignore your messages. Terrible communication and zero empathy for guests. Think twice before booking here as you can see from other reviews the hotel is not up to standard as well. Make sure nothing will disrupt your plan or you will be at the mercy of hotel.

Ympäristö oli hieno, huone keskitasoa, sauna ja pesutilat hyvät. Aamiainen hyvä ja sijaitsi viihtyisässä paikassa; mm taulut upeita. Pieni puute, ettei suomenkieltä voinut käyttää.

部屋にサウナも付いていて、落ち著いた雰囲気のホテルでした。キッチン等がついてるタイプの部屋ではないのですが、乾燥機のようなものもあったので良かったです。
