地方整潔共用洗手間共用浴室都很清潔有毛巾牙刷提供出入自由只是訂購平店提供了錯誤的性別空間訂的時候是女性專用但到場提供的是男性專用空間店東協助特別安排自行處理成功入住

AVOID! It's soooo expensive and yet its the worst place I've stayed. Super rude staff refused to let me check in for hours! They insisted I didn't have a booking but I did and I showed them the booking confirmation but still they insisted I had no booking and that the hotel was full. The old couple didn't even look for my booking until they had kept me waiting for hours. Then they blamed me for everything! They were angry and rude to me and insisted it was my mistake. They even tried to kick me out. In the end they realised it was their mistake and were clearly super embarrassed about how they treated me but they wouldn't apologise.

オーナーの奧さんと女性の従業員の方が、すごく丁寧に説明してもらいました。設備もすごく清潔でした。駐輪場も専用の小屋が有り安心出來ました、宿の方が良い方などで、ゆっくりと泊まることが出來ました。

Room: comfortable bed, and the area is relatively spacious for a bunk bed. the room had a cosy vibe, but all the appliances were still modern: good fridge and kettle, heated toilet, Aircon that worked quickly to warm up the room. Bathroom: nice bathroom. I find Japanese hairdryers a bit weak but that is the standard. think you can borrow showers and towels, and there were toothbrushes and toothpaste. Security: pin on door. Amenities: think you can rent a towel and get your stuff washed (didn't need to so can't comment). Location: 10-15min from imabari station. walking distance to restaurants and shops. Other: very friendly hosts, the lady gave me a little tour around the room and showed me to the roof where there is a really lovely view of the city including the shimanami kaido bridge and imabari castle. bit of a language barrier but they're friendly and it's not too hard to navigate
