We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

The hotel is located at city central, walking distance to the SM mall and Filipino- Chinese friendship Arch. Room is cozy and clean, can’t wait to go back there again.

My stay was nothing short of exceptional! The spacious, elegantly designed rooms, struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, offering ample space to unwind while feeling invitingly cozy. Every meal was a delight—the culinary offerings were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing both quality and variety. The hotel’s, sophisticated interior design, captivated us, blending modern elegance with timeless charm, while the tranquil ambiance, made it a true retreat. From the warm, attentive service to the attention to detail in every corner, this gem exceeded our expectations. Ive already planning our next visit—this is a destination we’ll enthusiastically recommend to fellow travelers!

You can never go wrong with Citadines. The room is very spacious. Bed is sooo comfy with lots of pillows. I also like that they provide unlimited drinking water to their guest. Highly recommended!

1. This hotel has three room types. I like to live in a bigger room, so I booked a more expensive executive room, but I was given the smallest room in the building. 2. The room pictures showed that there was a dining table and a washing machine, but there was nothing there. I asked why the pictures showed that there was, and the staff said that it was a mistake made by the system. The pictures in the system were uploaded by the hotel itself, so how could they blame the system for the mistake? The hotel itself was wrong, but it refused to admit it. 3. I wanted to do laundry, but the door of the laundry room could not be opened every time, and I had to call the staff to open the door. 4. The swimming pool is very small. 5. The odor in the gym is very strong. 6. The towels and bath towels are very dirty.
