Overall, the stay was okay. Cheap hotel wirh good bed. Not so convenient with small choices of food establishments.
They’re branding themselves as “luxury”, don’t be deceived since they’re far from luxury. There’s cockroaches on our room, ants, and dripping air conditioner.
Swimming pool should be closed for maintenance, tiles are everywhere and you can step on them while swimming! SAFETY HAZARD!
Welcome drink is appreciated, but the bar is too loud and empty. You can hear the banging music from ground floor elevator, rooms are not sound proofs so be mindful.
Staffs are nice and attentive thought so that’s a plus points!

My family enjoyed it so much. The only thing is that the tv keeps going in and out we cant even watch a movie but overall everything's nice

Hotel location is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby looks fine. The problem is the room that we got was noisy. You can hear the vehicles running from the street. The bidet in our room didn't work but they were able to fix it. The elevator floors were always wet and you could always find used dishes on the corridors. We were there on a weekend so the band or the music was so loud until the wee hours of the night (3am).

The room we got on the 2nd flr had a big shower but the water would flood the entire bathroom since there was no partition. We informed the front desk and they were kind enough to transfer us to another room on the 6th flr. It was nicer and had a better shower but the rooftop bar made too much noise that I wasn't able to sleep until after 3am. The breakfast buffet was good value for money though. Tip: this is a decent affordable hotel near the festive walk area but if you're checking in on a friday or saturday then steer clear away from the higher floors to avoid the noise.

It’s Nice place to stay with couples, friends and family.
Staff members are Very friendly. I am enjoy the muslim food nearest place from the hotel. JOM Makan Its Malaysian style food restaurant. Yareem Kafe this is Yemen restaurant can enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine.
