I will never go back again, the water is dirty and the computer table looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, and there is no hair dryer inside the room. it's annoying and a waste of money in such hotel.

Location is good because it’s connected to Robinsons Mall. But the problem is they forgot to change the busted bulb inside the room and shower has a leakage and it’s noisy when you’re sleeping but still I’ll recommend this hotel.

The greatest part is the humble service of reception and giving good hospitality wonderful well coming, and the can receive you after 12pm if there's available rooms, never let you wait for long like other hotel's, once the decided rooms available, immediately they accommodate you, I'm very thankful for this kind of service and as well as flexible in terms of leaving, God bless the management as well as the team of all departments,

The staff is great and very helpful. I very much appreciate their attempts at minimizing waste by providing pitchers for drinking water that can be accessed at the common area, and soap/shampoo in dispensers stuck on walls. But for what you pay for, the amenities are so very lacking and the furnitures have seen better days. Honestly, the hanging rack and desk looked so used and worn out. And the one that turned me off the most: the toilet does not flush properly. And it reeks. I had to buy a small disinfectant spray to mask/remove the smell.
