I chose this hotel mainly because of its location—just right in front of SM City. The staff is great, all of them from the guard, the front desk, to the housekeeping. They are friendly and approachable and ready to help. The only downside are some things in the room itself. The wallpapers are starting to peel off. The pillows look and feel really used, not the fluffy kind you'd expect in a well-known hotel. And the cable TV suddenly cut off several channels, notifying that they're not part of the subscription, even though I've been watching for several hours already. Also, there are only 2 electrical sockets. I find it odd for a room that's supposed to accommodate 3 people.

Injap has a great location. 7/11 is on thesame building as the hotel and SM Iloilo is a couple of minutes away from the location. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The amenities were okay altho the pool needs to be regularly cleaned.

Best location! Friendly staff! Interior decoration and facilities should be updated or renovated for a fresh take. Elevator was too slow but overall it was an awesome stay with INJAP! I will recommend and book this hotel the next for sure.

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

Perfect location, affordable hotel. Ill recommend this to my friends I stayed here 4 times already and they provide a good service. Breakfast is so so. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Will come back again here.

Staff were attentive and helpful. There were ants crawling on the sink/counter few minutes after I left my food. Aircon was a bit noisy.
