Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

Terrible Experience & False Advertising - Do Not Stay Here! When I arrived to check in, the front desk was dark and completely empty. I had to wait a while before a female staff member finally appeared, but she was on her phone the whole time. She seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her call, handed me my room card with zero explanation, and just dismissed me. I went upstairs only to find out the card didn't work. When I went back down, I was absolutely shocked to see that she had photocopied my passport and just casually left the copy sitting on the front desk counter where anyone walking by could see it! She then told me their system was down so she couldn't issue a working room card. Instead, she handed me her own employee card to use. I was stunned—this is a huge security red flag—but I was simply too exhausted from my travels to argue at that moment. The hotel is also incredibly dishonest and falsely advertises services they do not actually provide: * Fake Shuttle Service: They claim to offer a shuttle, but they refuse to provide it even if you are willing to pay. * Non-existent/Overpriced Massages: I asked about a massage around 8 PM and was told it was too late, and to book with the morning staff. The next morning, I was told they couldn't provide the service either. They said I had to wait another day for the front desk manager to speak to the massage manager to reach an "agreement" before I could get one. On top of that ridiculous process, they quoted me double the normal price: 120 BAM (60 EUR)! * Broken "Wellness" Center: The wellness area is just a pool, a mini sauna, and a mini steam room. During my stay, the steam room was completely broken the entire time, and the sauna was broken for at least one day. * No Buffet Breakfast: I specifically booked this place because it advertised a buffet breakfast, which turned out to be false—it was not a buffet at all. Communication is a nightmare because the front desk staff's English is very poor. They never greet guests, they constantly look impatient, and they act like your mere presence is a nuisance. The only positive thing I can say is that the restaurant staff were very friendly and had a great attitude. They were the only decent part of this entire hotel. My only advice: DO NOT choose this hotel. It is absolutely terrible, and the actual experience is nothing like the fake image they present on their website.
