To be very honest customer service did their best to provide their best room but rooms are very odd smell due to ambient high temperature. We were given three options 3 different room to choose from as 1. Pre selected room on the top floor too many stairs to go through 2. 2nd room shown which has two single beds and room had odour smell 3. 3rd room choose from all this had double bed room and it was kind of rush to select from But we did not have any choice due to last minute decision * Room too small even it was that small two people can not walk properly or has to bypass by giving Side each other * only 2ft x 4ft space to walk * bathroom glass doors rubber gone and dirty and had big gap hence all water coming out from the shower *

Was made to pay £100 deposit when it says no where on the app or website that I would need to put it down, it was only until I got there that they stuck it on me and now I have to wait nearly a month to get the money back when I should’ve been using it for travel.

Location was very good. Approximately a 5 minute walk from the Elizabeth line. Room was clean and medium size. Extremely hot due to heat wave (not hotel's fault) but with no fan and small windows so airflow was non existent.
