I don’t recommend this somewhat called hotel it looks like a prison wing shoes outside all the rooms all the doors open people going between rooms it smells really bad of smoke. There is no safety in the hotel. As I asked for a cancellation and refund because it was unsafe for me my wife and 2 small children to stay here the receptionist said I have to go through 3rd party which was 訂房網站.com but didn’t not help with nothing just the hotel don’t do cancellation. The hotel was no and 訂房網站.com was no help and don’t care about customer care. After being a platinum customer for many years. Thank god for other booking websites.

The most terrible place i ever been to. The boy at the reception last night was rude and the room had very poor odour in it. When i complained he said walk out if you don’t like it with no refund. The room and the furniture was terrible and the beds were not cleaned and had hair on them.
