I had a room with no window, but had aircon, nice shower, beds could do with updating but for the price very reasonable, only suggestion would be more towels in room as only 1 towel. Also no towel rail in bathroom, I asked for an additional towel and this was brought to my room, very good check in service. My room was quiet but guess if u had a room at front could be noisy from the main road

Very poor customer service No hospitality such a shame after booking Actually I didn’t had cash to pay deposit i had in card i told him like i wll pay through card hes like go and get cash our machine is not working he can tell softly but he dint showing attitude to customers It doesn’t matter for him like if we stay or go if I cancel anyways u guys will take cancelling charges from us it happnd in terms of paying room rent to go nd get cash or else leave what kind of service is tht And the room he dint took us to room simply he given keys nd told us to go room and the key was not recharged again came him nd i told him room is not opening hes like sorry The AC in the room is not working bd duvet is not good i got rash on body No towel only 1 hand nd 1 face Then i just checked out in 1hr Really really me nd my friend got dissatisfied sooo much like never before I cant put my feelings here but I have written !!!!! Please take action

The ambiance of the place was nice but the first reception we had was poor. The receptionist was on a call when we stepped in and made us wait before attending to us went ahead to give us the card to a dirty room without checking and then later gave us another room. We had to ask to be directed to the right room when it’s clearly our first time. I know they can actually do better.

Nice friendly guy at reception. But the room was dated. Bed was rock solid. Bathroom needs an update aswel. But for the price you can’t really complain to much
