Everything okay but just to remind there no aircond just fan but the resort is pretty. The view from the room worth every penny. The highlight is the sunrise because the sunset is the other side of the island.

We had a beautiful room with a direct view of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again.

Hotel yang amat baik dari segi lokasi, servis, dan suasana tepi laut yang amat menyenangkan. Mempunyai cafe yang sedap masakannya. Servis juga terbaik.

It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊 Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests. Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

性價比很高。 設施：如果要看海景房，就定木屋，沒有空調，如果要定空調房那就看不到海景，看你怎麼取捨。 環境：海景房沒有空調，汗流浹背了屬於是。 服務：很好，前台小哥很好。 其實最推薦是酒店門口的椰汁，小哥哥非常靦腆，2個椰子加冰，1W印尼盾。

Very hot. The family room is not suitable for family with kids nor older people. It is very very very hot we cannot sleep at night. This is my first time i cannot wait to check out from my room. I think this resort sells the view. View is fantastic, but it is impossible to stay here for even 1 night, reason is: 1. IT IS VERY VERY VERY HOT!!!! 2. the family room is above kitchen so the cooking smoke lingers inside the unit hence bad smell!!!! Very teribble! 3. No proper ventilation. Cannot sleep due to very hot temp 4. fan not helping, bad ventilation, bad smell. Not value for money. 5. Bed is 3 tier, the ladder is in weird position, very flat, bot safe for anyone to climb. My sister and i fell the bed twice, my hand bruise. 6. Stairs to climb to room very narrow, not friendly for older people. 7. The room is just bad. Everything is bad, not worth money at all. Better spend elsewhere. 8. Good point is cafe food is nice and proce is affordable. Please improve your family room. Definitely will not come here again.
