The staff is not at all friendly not well mannered. No respect women’s im very disappointed very bad experience rooms are not worth for the cost we need ask for amenities like bath towel soap shampoo and all definitely not recommended for professional executives and family

The pics shows are not the same as actual. There is a security issue as the hotel. Provide service to fresh up and food and everyone having access to the floors. So it's a big concern for females. There is no room service no one even gives you water. Food was pathetic. Even you include in your booking you have to visit their restro to eat. Very bad test of food. Also the amount which i paid they are not giving invoice for the same amount and giving multiple excuses says gst issue. It's like a very bad experience to us.

Near the main road, which is the only positive feature of the place. The mattress was damaged. The landline did not work. The windows didn't lock properly. The sheets reeked of mould and so did the towel provided. Did not feel secure at all. Not recommended for couples.

First to say is not in munnar. Is 21 kilometer from munnar. Next thing they are charging rs. 1000 for free ) breakfast. But they asking token for breakfast. And also the worker also not responsible. No room services. No intercom etc. Really very worst
